Kojima: We have a “very good partnership with PlayStation”

Hideo Kojima examines VR gaming.

The Kojima Productions Twitter account has guaranteed fans that the organization isn’t turning to make Microsoft select games exclusively. “After the announcement of our partnership with Microsoft using the cloud technology, many people have asked us about our collaboration with SIE. Please be assured that we continue to have a very good partnership with PlayStation® as well,” they tweeted.

The Tweet follows the news that Kojima Productions is working with Xbox Game Studios on a shiny new game and it will be a control center restrictive to Xbox.

Kojima himself let us know somewhat more about this possibly colossal new title, however subtleties were obviously flimsy on the ground. He said that it’s, “a completely new game that no one has ever experienced or seen before. I’ve waited very long for the day when I could finally start to create it.” If that wasn’t sufficient he followed up by saying, “With Microsoft’s cutting edge cloud technology and the change in the industry’s trend it has now become possible to challenge myself to make this never-before-seen concept.”

It appears to be that the game is a decent couple of years from discharge, “”It might take some time, yet I’m anticipating collaborating the Xbox Game Studios, and expect to present to you some thrilling news later on!” said Kojima.

The most recent bits of gossip for what Kojima’s next game may be, through Tom Henderson of Try Hard Guides, are that the game is called Overdose and highlights Margaret Qualley, the entertainer who played Mama in Death Stranding. Henderson professes to have seen film makes them stroll through a dull climate in a blue dress. Kojima requested that Henderson eliminate the story (maybe loaning trustworthiness to what he says), yet Henderson declined.

While it’s a control center elite, this being Microsoft you should rest assured that Kojima Productions new game will be coming to PC too, very much like Death Stranding did subsequent to being a PlayStation exclusive.
