Miasma Chronicles goes to be launched on May twenty third, The Bearded Girls and 505 Video games have introduced. The sport seems to construct upon the mechanics of The Bearded Girls’ final challenge which was Mutant 12 months Zero, and is impressed from the likes of the XCOM video games. Miasma Chronicles can be launched on PC, PS5, and Xbox Collection X|S.
The story define for Miasma Chronicles says, “The tactical adventure sees players take on the role of Elvis, a young man abandoned by his mother in the wastelands of America, with only his robot ‘brother’ Diggs for company. Together they must unravel the mystery of the Miasma, a mysterious entity that threatens the last vestiges of humanity and turns all who come in contact with it into barbaric corruptions of their former selves.”
In our preview for Miasma Chronicles, Stefan wrote, “While we barely got to scratch the surface of Miasma Chronicles through the short hands on time we had from the start of the game, it’s clear that The Bearded Ladies are building on the strengths of their previous game. They’ve taken a step away from the wilder setting of Mutant Year Zero, and in doing so, Miasma Chronicles could easily appeal to a broader audience when it comes out in 2023.”
Once we reviewed Mutant Year Zero, Thomas wrote, “Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden is an exceptional take on the tactical RPG and the addition of a stealth system certainly sets it apart from the crowd. Both genres blend together in a way that’s satisfying, challenging and well designed, while an engaging and well-written narrative drives the player forward. The difficulty might be an issue for those new to the genre, but for those seasoned in turn-based tactics, this is an absolute must buy.”
